Val Du Manor was built as a turn of the century boarding house.  It was recently reconstructed to reflect the era's beauty from the furnishings to the original hardwood floors.  We hope that you will appreciate the c. 1920 furnishings, care and hard work that went into this large 8 bedroom, 4 full bath home @ Val-Du-Lakes Resort, 2 miles East of Silver Lake.  Home sleeps 20-24 comfortably. Rented by the week from Sunday to Sunday only. Loon Lake Cottage in Irons, MI

This cottage is very cute and very clean.  The vacation cottage has 2 bedrooms/1 bath and sleeps 8.  The cottage has heat, cable TV, and DVD/VCR.  There are two decks- one w/ a firepit in the middle.  The fully-equipped kitchen has a coffee maker, microwave, dishes, and pots and pans.  Linens are provided. There is also room for you to bring up your camper/RV for additional sleeping.  The lakefront property has a sand bottom swimming area, dock, divng raft, row boat w/ electric motor, picnic table and barbecue grill.  Pets and smoking are allowed.  The house is not handicapped accessible. The cottage is on Loon Lake, a 98 acre, all sports lake.  The property is wooded.  The lake is known for its great fishing - summer or winter.  There are 1000's of acres of federal land nearby for two tracking, hiking.
